Returns Policy
If you would like to exchange, return or cancel your order then you must notify MyAfricanMum within 48 hours of receipt. You then have 14 days to return your Eye Candy product in its original packaging together with the receipt of purchase. Please ensure that the item is packaged safely as you will remain responsible for the product until it has been received by MyAfricanMum. We will endeavor to process any refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
Our products are handcrafted from recycled materials and are made with a lot of heart. No guarantee can be given on the life span of our Eye Candy products. The aim is that you love her and in keeping with our ethos, you understand what she represents.
Shipping Policy
We deliver by courier across South Africa during business hours. Deliveries are made to street addresses only, not post box. Please note that 3 attempts will be made for delivery at your specified address, after which the parcel will be returned to the depot for your collection. We will not be held liable for incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Please take care entering the correct shipping address along with your contact details.
Expected time frames for delivery are: local delivery 1-2 business days; main centres 2-3 business days; outlying areas 3-5 business days. Please contact MyAfricanMum for international shopping orders.
